Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations  As our products are purely handcrafted and require significant preparation, we accept cancellation requests only within 24 hours of purchase. Once the design phase or carving process has begun, we cannot offer a full refund. 

2. Bespoke Nature & Returns   Every piece is a unique "soul replica" created specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues. Each charm/frame is an artistic commission and cannot be resold.

3. Quality Assurance & Revisions   We are committed to architectural precision. During the design phase, we provide a digital preview for your approval. We will only proceed with carving once you are 100% satisfied with the draft. 

4. Damaged Items   If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at @eternalyan.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a remake for you.
