We Design It Together
Every single piece here is made entirely by hand. You and I will design it together, picking the exact layout to bring back your pet’s cute, goofy, and one-of-a-kind moments. I do this for one simple reason: so they are never forgotten. Because this is slow, honest work, I only take 10 orders a month

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the investment higher here than at other stores?
I know that commissioning a portrait is a significant investment, and I want to be honest about why.
The difference is simple: I am not a factory. Most mass-market custom gifts are made in minutes by machines or hurried hands. At Eternal Yan, I am the only one working on your piece. I don't just "make" a portrait; I spend 3 to 5 full days looking at your photos, trying to find that one specific gaze or quirk that makes your companion who they are.
I use materials that are meant to last—the same premium Italian leather and natural wool you’d find in high-end galleries. When you commission me, you aren't just buying a product; you are buying days of my focused attention and a piece of art that feels as real as the memory it holds.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. I ship my works from my studio to pet owners all over the world. Every portrait is securely packaged in a custom box to ensure it arrives safely, no matter the distance.
How long will it take to receive my portrait?
Since I hand-craft every detail alone, the creation process usually takes about 1 month. Once you approve the final photos, international shipping typically takes another 7–14 business days.
How can I be sure I will like the final work?
Your trust is everything. Before I ship the portrait, I will send you high-definition photos and videos for your approval. If there are any small details you’d like me to adjust, I will do so until you are 100% happy with the result.
Can I include my pet’s actual fur in the portrait?
Yes, absolutely. If you have a small amount of your pet’s actual fur, you can mail it to my studio. I will carefully incorporate it into the final layer of the portrait so they are truly part of the art.
How and what kind of photos should I provide?
After placing your order, please send your photos directly to my email or through the website's contact form. To capture the most accurate likeness, I need clear, high-resolution photos taken in natural light. Ideally, please provide one front view and two side views so I can see their features from every angle.
What is your return or cancellation policy?
Because every work is a unique, custom-made commission of your own companion, I cannot accept returns or cancellations once the crafting process has begun. However, the pre-shipping approval process ensures the work meets your expectations before it leaves my hands.
